Excellent staff and great butchering skills. Very pleased I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Dropped off my elk this year. They did a hands down great job. Quartered and boned off the remaining. Not a hair on the meat once we got it home to process ourselves. Fantastic job.
Dakota and the team are fantastic, my family has been using them for years and they never disappoint. Less than a week I got a call that my processing was done and ready to be picked up.
Processing was extremely high for what you get and they will charge you for a quick turnaround. No matter what, don't be in a hurry way too expensive.
