I couldn't ask for better. Highly skilled, totally reliable, and an all around pleasure to work with. They had user-friendly practices, crafted a gorgeous product for me, and went the extra mile to get there.
I had a loose gemstone and needed to be mounted in a ring for my girl. I talked to Lynn on the phone and described in general what I wanted. I went there later that afternoon. She already had things sort of funneled down to what I wanted. Lynn made some suggestions, that corrected some mistakes in my original thoughts on the design.
