I am a regular and have been since the previous owner. Ever since new management, they have brought on much more inventory including wigs and merchandise.
THEY WILL FOLLOW YOU AROUND THE ENTIRE STORE! I only go to this store because it’s close. The workers will make you super uncomfortable and follow you around without even trying to hide it.
Very few options to choose from. Also the owner followed me around the store the whole time i was there. It was awkward. when it was finally time to pay, she was very rude and also asked to see my ID? That’s never happened to me before at any beauty supply. I’ve also shopped here in the past and that’s never happened to me. I thought that was kind of prejudice.
Definitely going to go out of my way to find a black owned beauty supply store bc how are you going to laugh and be surprised when a customer buys your biggest tub of hair gel??? Obviously with thin hair like theirs they wouldn't understand....
