I have used these guys in the past a few times. I like that they're a small company. I hired them to move appliances from one address to another. Once they left I noticed my microwave handle was cracked. I called Kevin (the dad) the night they installed it, sent pics. He said he would check on the part and get back to me. That was 4/21/26. I've texted twice no response. Apparently they don't honor their installations but had no problem taking my cash.
Dont waste your time here. I Really liked the technicians that came out to my house but the lady that answers the phones makes it virtually impossible to work with these guys. I've been waiting 3 weeks for someone to come out and REPAIR my unit and now she's saying I need to BUY a whole new unit when no one has even been out there. I'm forced to take my business elsewhere.
Used to come to this place often now they are closed.
