This is the second time I used Ted’s. My dryer wasn’t working. I called and had an appointment for a couple of days later scheduled for when I could be available. The receptionist is always very nice , and professional. He showed up on time, and called to let me know he was on the way . He fixed the issue in 30 minutes total , and it was way less than expected ! The repair man was very nice , patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and fast ! Definitely recommend.
