So so frustrated with this place. Ordered a door and made a down payment of $1300 14 months ago. I had told them last summer with covid that I understood the delay and would have patience. However, the past 6 months I have text and called monthly and no one answers the phone. They finally did answer in March and said they would have a door March 29th. Have not heard from them since. Very unreliable company. Won’t answer your calls even though it says 24 hours service. Horrible people to work with. Do not rely on this company at all!! Take your business elsewhere!
