I went to Fyzical after suffering a terrible set of muscle spasms that literally incapacitated me and had me bedridden in excruciating pain. Ariel and Alex went to work on me by identifying the exact problem points, doing deep tissue stimulation, stretching me, and overseeing very specific exercises over 2 hours over 2 visits in 24 hours. They sent me home with recommendations on how to prevent these spasms from occurring in the future. I cannot possibly recommend this office, and these physical therapists, more. I've had several occasions to require physical therapy & I can wholeheartedly say that they are nothing short of magicians there. Mr. Matz is incredibly knowledgeable and his experience & patience is readily apparent as is the staff. Of course you'll have to do the work to get yourself well, but they provide the direction, guidance & encouragement which in many cases may spare you invasive procedures--surgery, etc. that may or may not resolve your issues.
