Vidhi and Cass are fantastic Physical Therapists. They were sympathetic to the pain I was in and thoughtful about how to help me. I appreciated their patience, expertise, and creative thinking. The atmosphere at Fyzical Irving Park is very friendly and supportive, making it less of a chore to go to PT. I highly recommend them!
I began PT with a long time feet issue and felt kind of hopeless about getting it fixed. My main PT was Cass and she was extremely thorough in diagnosing and then treating. They helped me understand that a balance issue could also affect foot health - who knew? So we did a lot of balance work (no fun) I also had Keith and Vidha(sp) who took over from Cass easily likely due to her good note taking. This place saved my sanity! Struggling with vertigo for a month and had no idea where to go. My ENT Dr. highly recommended and I am so freaking glad that she did. After 3 appointments I am rapidly improving. The staff that works here is SO incredibly patient, kind, funny, knowledgeable, and did I mention patient. I had a very strong reaction to the vertigo treatment and it was really vulnerable and they never made me feel anything other than cared for and understood.
