Beware of this office! Got charged double. The original appointment was for physical therapy at Fhysical Therapy and Balance Center. Had to go see this doctor at Florida ENT for an evaluation before I can get any physical therapy. Then they proceeded to give me an evaluation again at Fhysical therapy and balance center and charged me again for another copay. All in the same day and same office! They are crooks!
