Absolutely hands-down, the best physical therapist in the area. Mark not only listens but he Cares.
Working with Mark and Pat has been one of the biggest blessings in my life. They helped me get my dream of playing NCAA Division 1 volleyball. They got me out of knee braces, helped me through wrist issues and away from surgery twice, and continue to support both me and my family. Mark and Pat are THE BEST and I would recommend everyone visit Fitness4Life for PT or for fitness.
Mark, Pat, and Brian all do a terrific job throughout the entire experience. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable in their field, but they are equally as personable. Even through an injury it’s an enjoyable to come in every week. Could not imagine going anywhere else!

The best PT team in the area! Mark can diagnose, develop a plan and help you get your life back. Our entire family has gone to him many times. I tell anyone I know to go to Mark. His wife is the business manager and will take care of getting you an appointment as soon as possible. We are lucky to have them.
