Had a hip injury treated here. Easy atmosphere, Mark and staff were very friendly, professional, innovative and knowledgeable. Arrived hurting, left sweaty, sometimes sore but always better than before. If you want fixed, this is the place. Highly recommended.

I just finished up with my PT for a issue I developed after having a hip replaced. I had gotten to the point where I couldn't lift my operated sides knee more than a few inches. I decided to give Fitness4Life a call. Pat answer my questions and had me scheduled for my first visit in a few days. 100% recommend this team for their care and personalized rehabilitation. I had surgery for a well-destroyed shoulder, bicep among other things. We all know that phys therapy post surgery is a long road but Mark and his team made it enjoyable, to the point that I actually enjoyed the experience. A small physical therapy office. You always see the same excellent therapists. Has gotten me back moving and on my feet more than once. Cannot recomend the office high enough.
