Claimed to be trained in pelvic floor strengthening/exercises, however now that I am established at a facility with PTs who actually specialize in the pelvic floor program it's clear they are not and I'm not sure exactly what they were trying to work on after so many visits. Poor communication with no return calls after several attempts for requesting further information on my progress and for personal treatment notes. I highly recommend going to Spooner PT in N. Phoenix with Carrie and Jenna.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Fyzical Therapy & Balance Centers - Liz saved me from months of dizziness. Due to my insurance delaying my therapy by 4 months, I felt it was too late to help but the impossible was done! It was done quickly with genuine care and concern from Liz.
