Fyve property is horrible. They manage the townhouse I lived in that became unlivable due to black mold. Fyves lease contains a “renters insurance” that the tenant pays each month. It’s a lie. The policy will not reimburse any expense incurred from me being displaced from my home, medical, items I had to throw away. I’ve been fighting for eight months to get an answer on my insurance claim. Unfortunately, the customer does Not come first here.

Getting ghosted on move-in day. unacceptable. It’s currently 11am and we were supposed to receive the keys, but alas no response from property management after calling, email, etc. Outrageous. Edit: Four months later and the owner has given us permission to break our lease due to a leak that requires extensive repair. FYVE is ghosting the both of us despite multiple emails following up. Never dealt with a leasing office that is so incompetent and unprofessional.

This company Fyve that again has been changed to Intempes out of California is horrible. Our last tenants moved out end of March and this company put an MLS lock leaving us to believe they were gonna start re renting it for us. Wrong they not only tied up our property for 3 months with no income from it they would never communicate after we would reach out in every way possible.
