When I tell you the 1st day I called in they were on it ( love everything ) thk you for everything
I rented a unit with Fyve for 2 years and had the best experience with them. When I moved to Nashville I had to do so within a week for a new job, and Fyve made touring units, the application process, and approval quick and easy so I was able to move in fast that next week. Anytime a maintenance issue came up it was fixed either the same day or the next. I don’t think this is a real company. I applied for a home and received zero response - not even a denial. I have great credit/income and the application cost $150. I called and messaged them, but never received any kind of response. Possible scam warning!
