Would not recommend this company. Realtor Dana Devine hired our team for pressure washing, house cleaning, and carpet services at a property in Lake Mary. Despite completing the work in full, the $1,900.60 invoice remains unpaid. We have made multiple attempts to collect payment through emails and phone calls, all of which have been ignored. Extremely unprofessional conduct. Fellow vendors and service providers—proceed with caution. This company does not pay their bills.
Dana Devine is the absolute best. Whatever I need she makes sure it is provided.
Dana is amazing to work with! Easy to contact, quick to respond, and always a delight to work with! As long as I rent, I'm keeping her as my Property Manager!!!!
Dana Devine has helped me get into my first house!! She’s been very punctual and helpful with all instructions on the property.
The app is not the best but our property manager Dana Devine was always very prompt and professional at answering any questions or concerns via email. She is definitely the reason this is a 4 star and not just a 3 star. There were some extra fees monthly that are not awesome and paying monthly for a basic air filter delivered once every 3 months is a bad deal. Overall fyve is a better than most management company as a renter.
