I called this morning to get a fireplace installed that I had purchased closer to home (being installed in my cottage). All of the equipment is new and is the same model that this company sells on their website. They told me that they would not help me with the installation because I didn't buy it from them. I asked them why, and the response was, "well, we are busy". Whatever happened to a good business providing good customer service? I guess that explains their 3.4-star rating.
