These guys are terrible … stay away. Steve Mognan is argumentative, rude, threatening and does bad work. They were the Recomended contractor from San Francisco’s FixLeadSF program, and the city wanted me to do some additional work to clear an NOV for the property, all paint related. The tenants were going to have to move out for three weeks and it seemed best to use the same city painter to clear the additional work, but he did a poor job, didn’t do the work required to get the NOV signed off, threatened to put a lien on my ... read more
