I had an appointment with Dr. Burgess, who is both kind and professional and won’t hesitate to refer you to a specialist if he spots anything concerning. Afterward, Cricket provided attentive, personalized care, ran the extra mile to find a solution for my issues, and provided clear information. I highly recommend their expert and friendly service!
Excellent service, great eye exams. Lots of great glasses in stock. Able to find replacement screws for failed sunglasses as a bonus too.

The staff are so nice and friendly. I have been coming to the FYidoctors office since it was located on Granville street and every time I visit them for the eye exam, they take great care and make me feel satisfied. I’ll never purchase glasses or contact lenses anywhere else as long as I live in Vancouver!
