We have been going to see Dr Burgess since he came to Yaletown in 2003. The team here is the best - friendly, helpful, professional and efficient. Can’t recommend them enough!
Dr Burgess, Edward, Winnie and Cricket, all add to the great service I got with eye exam and helping me with new frames, fittings plus plus. I highly recommend this location as all in all a happy experience and sincerity in their services! Cricket is a delight!

FYI Yale is THE place to go! Dr. Brandon Burgess is very thorough and has an ease about him that you feel like you’ve known him forever. And then there is Cricket, Optometrist Assistant…she is the absolute best at helping you find glasses that are You. Truly, you walk out knowing you just bought the best pair of glasses in your life. She really has an intuitive read on people’s faces, bone structure, etc. I highly recommend this place and the people.
The staff here is top-notch! I’ve been coming for years for my optical exams, contacts, glasses and prescription sun-glasses. Make your next appointment with confidence!
