I was extremely please with my experience at FYI doctors, workers Glen and Dr. Chan are excellent. I felt safe while in the store and eye clinic as they follow appropriate COVID precautions and they have a secure location. The store looked great and I was given excellent care and service both in store and on the phone!
Very helpful staff. Glenn went above and beyond to help me with my new contacts. Thank you for your kindness and help!
I would definitely recommend others to come here. Dr. Mah and Glen were knowledge and took the time to explain things to me. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I'm happy to see the Covid protocols in place as well. Overall, my experience was great. Can't say enough good things!
I'd like to give this place a higher rating because I did find their customer service friendly, but ultimately, the lenses I ordered were poorly made. The optical centre was marked incorrectly, so I was not able to see clearly while looking out of my glasses, and in order to see far distances, I had to physically hold my glasses a few millimeters higher with my hands (taking them slightly off my nose bridge), so that the optical centre aligned with my pupils.
