Great service! The optometrist was kind and patient with us. We were helped promptly to find some frames before our appointment time.
Never coming back here again! My current pair of glasses which I ordered in December 2023, took until March of 2024 to receive which was in itself ridiculous! Original Cost was 800 bucks and I received a 30 percent refund for the inconvenience! They are only interested in the money. Customer service and eye care rank a distant second. After two years of being ignored you might get an email saying it's time for your annual exam, we care about your eye health. If you need a copy of your glasses prescription they will not send to a competing optometrist, you'll have to pick it up in person AND it may not be the latest prescription on file. Customer care, service, product knowledge and availability in St. Thomas was great. Cam truly the peak of her perfection in customer service.
Never had so much fun getting my eyes checked. Dr. Kim Shuit and her staff are phenomenal...so nice my teeth hurt. Eyes, however are great. So honoured to meet Lindsey, Sam, Maria and Jacqueline (sp?). Excellent, efficient and friendly service and incredible attention to detail. Left feeling confident that I am going to get exactly the visual instrument I need and want. If you need help with your vision, do not, I repeat, do not go anywhere else.
