Lindsey was incredible in helping me find frames that suited me best and were in my budget, even helping me find the perfect package to stay within my price range. Customer service was incredibly kind all throughout the office. No wait either!
Great service! The optometrist was kind and patient with us. We were helped promptly to find some frames before our appointment time.
Never coming back here again! My current pair of glasses which I ordered in December 2023, took until March of 2024 to receive which was in itself ridiculous! Original Cost was 800 bucks and I received a 30 percent refund for the inconvenience! They are only interested in the money. Customer service and eye care rank a distant second. After two years of being ignored you might get an email saying it's time for your annual exam, we care about your eye health. If you need a copy of your glasses prescription they will not send to a competing optometrist, you'll have to pick it up in person AND it may not be the latest prescription on file.
