As usual place was clean, staff welcoming, took me at appt time, explained each thing they were doing, offered prescription even though didn't need glasses. Had Dr. Chin for the first time, she was very good, very professional.
Appointment happened as scheduled. Professional quality pretesting done in a timely fashion before seeing the doctor. Doctor’s appointment was complete and all of my questions were answered. Followup activities for glasses updates were professional as well. I am well satisfied with the quality, completeness and timeliness of the experience.
