I just called to make an appointment to get my eyes checked and the receptionist said she can’t make my appointment because I missed my previous appointment due to being in the hospital I’ve been using this location for 16 years and this is how they want to treat their loyal customers dr Kelly has been our optometrist the entire time .. it’s a shame his loyal customers get treated so poorly
