Very satisfied with experience at FYI on Rochdale yesterday. They were on time and everything went smoothly. Young lady who greeted meet at reception desk and then did some testing on my eyes was very pleasant and efficient. Optometrist was the same and as always when I asked questions she would take the time to thoroughly explain things.
Have been seeing Dr. Michelle Kimery for years. Michelle is an excellent eye doctor. I never feel rushed and she is very thorough. Not super happy I was given a FYI doctors phamlet in French however at ckout 🤷♀️🤦♀️ considering I am English speaking . Have not purchased glasses from this location , may go back to Ck out new lenses.
