Service was great. However, not accepting more than one insurance issuer is not right. If a person is covered by more than one issuer, they should be allowed to use both insurance companies. Also, charging for the PD is a cash grab. Everything in this world is through the roof, so hindering people who have insurance doesn't make sense. It is not like FYI isn't receiving their money.
On time and staff was professional
Professional, courteous, friendly service.
Stephany does a very though examination and lets you know what if anything needs to be done on your eyes. She explains things very well and you feel good when you leave. I also had some adjustments done to my glasses and the staff Bernadette and Nadine were very good at their jobs
