My appointment with Dr Fitzsimmons was perfect as usual. He took me to the Optical part of the office and left me with Kelley. I had had a bad fall thus the reason for new glasses in a rush. I cannot give Kelley enough praise. She helped me so much was patient and friendly and followed through on getting a rush on my order. Shelley literally chose my glasses for me and I could not be more pleased with the choice. Many thanks for the whole office as they are all wonderful.
Dr Gillizeau has been my optometrist for at least three decades; he's terrific. Recently his optometry staff assisted me with selecting new glasses. Really happy with the process.
I always have an excellent visit at FYIdoctors Pickering. I love my new glasses and the staff is always welcoming and friendly.
