Dr Basarat is very competent.
The staff and Dr. Van have always treated me great every time I had an appointment they are so pleasant.
Eye exam was great however the prescription lenses were limited and cost were over the insurance limit, not a good experience
My experience is always wonderful at the FYI in Pickering!!! Even though we used to live in Pickering, we still prefer to go to Dr. Gillezeau. Both the staff and Dr. Gillezeau are amazing!!! We moved to Newcastle 7 years ago and we wouldn’t want to go to anyone else. Dr. Gillezeau is a wonderful person who really cares for his patients. He is always explaining things perfectly and my husband and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you to all who work there.
Dr. Tang is always gracious and professional. The admin staff were also helpful to accommodate my request, and the gentlemen in the frames department were very knowledgeable.
