The doctors are excellent and the pretesting staff do a good job. But the front desk, dispensing and general staff need better customer service training. It’s a shame half of the staff are so poorly trained, even in tasks as simple as greeting and phone etiquette. Hopefully this improves.
I stopped in to see if they could possibly see me thinking it would be in the future. They saw me that same day. Everyone from the ladies at the reception desk to the women who did my test and the Dr. were incredible. So friendly, helpful. No rushing, no pressure sales. Can't say enough. Awesome from start to finish.
My experience was amazing with the optometrist and also with the lady 👍
It was a great visit. Everyone is very nice .The explained everything perfectly.
