I went here for the first time a few weeks ago and I was extremely happy with my visit. Every single person I interacted with was warm, inviting, kind and welcoming. This was the most comfortable and pleasant appointment I have ever experienced in my entire life. Doctor and Technician were great. I contacted this office a few months before coming in to confirm if they direct bill my insurance. I was given a response that they direct bill most insurance companies and even told me what my specific insurance usually covers. unfortunately when I came in for my appointment I was met with confusion and told no that they do not accept my insurance at all. which sucked because the only reason I came here instead of walmart was that they would direct bill my insurance. My husband and I have just recently seen Dr. Zasowski at FYI doctors in Pembroke, ON. Excellent doctor!!! Very thorough, patient, kind. Lots of explanations. Have been with Dr. Prentice’s office for 30 years.
