All great service from front desk to optometrist. Recommend this facility
My appointment was great, my initial testing started immediately as soon as I walked in (retinal scan etc), Dr. Zasowski was excellent, he showed me a detailed breakdown of my eyes and updated my prescription, Lilly helped me pick new frames and informed me of all my options, would recommend to anyone in the valley!
Front staff are rude, they dont honour appointments and make up excuses as to why they can't keep the appointment. After my husband attempting an eye exam twice, showing up both times to be told it doesnt exist or the appointment needed to be rebooked due to the doctor being sick (okay liginiment reason but dont call to say this, missed time off work and drive 30 mins to get there as we live out of town) to be told he can't get one anyway to rebook again. I highly recommend coming here for eye exam and glasses. It’s a new facility with new modern equipment and excellent friendly staff!!
