Dr. Kluke is fantastic. Always attentive and goes above and beyond for my children.
My appointment was rescheduled without any notification. I only found out when the office called to confirm my appointment. When speaking with the employee over the phone she argued that she had been the one who called to reschedule because the appointment time had been double booked in error. I get the system makes errors and appointments some times need to be rebooked, thats fine, but to argue with me that you called when you didn't is a bit crazy for customer service.
