I love this place but PLEASE GO BACK TO SCRUBS. It does not look any different from a lenscrafters or a specsavers now and to be very honest with you, it looks like there have been budget cuts for the staff which is very sad considering they offer much better healthcare and glasses assistance than those other scammers. Riya, the contact lens fitting specialist & patient testing technician is the most amazing person I have met in an optometrist's office. I have failed to put in contact lenses multiple times in my life and I was so scared to try again, I even failed once with the other technician at this location! But half an hour with a super patient Riya who encouraged me to try different methods (and had so many tips and tricks!), I can get them in and out without issue! THANK YOU RIYA AND CHRISTINE and all Saturday staff. The Saturday team here is much better than the team during the week. During the week, the older staff members are dismissive and rude. On Saturday, everyone is smiling and happy to help, they always go above and beyond to make sure I'm happy. I recommend coming on Saturday to see a doctor and get glasses or for whatever need you may have. You may have to wait since they are always short staffed but it's worth it.
Great experience with the eye doctor although glasses turned out extremely distorted and very different than the ones doctor had on me. The rep tried to gaslight me that’s because I didn’t wear glasses before. I ate the loss instead of wasting my time and maybe crossing a line.
