I rarely leave reviews, but I had such a positive experience at FYidoctors New Westminster that I felt compelled to share. I came in for a contact lens fitting, and the entire team was incredibly patient and attentive. Dr. Guelene Phachu took the time to thoroughly explain the differences between contact lenses and glasses, and both she and Riya went above and beyond to help me find the best-fitting lenses. Staff are friendly and professional. The office is clean and making an appointment is easy. You’re in and you’re out with a smile.
I am a long time FYI customer. I sat on my glasses last and bent the frame. Argggggg Charlie Brown! Went to the store - baddah-bing-baddah-boom all fixed like new. No fuss no muss and no $$$$$. Love these guys!!!

The staff at FYI doctors have always been kind, patient and extremely helpful. I have various issues with my eyes and glasses are notoriously difficult to fit due to chronic pain. No matter how many adjustments I need or how many times I come back they are willing to work with me until I’m happy. I would like to say a particular thank you to Dr. Waljee, Hardeep and Christine.
