I visited FYI New West today with a prescription from another FYI location. They had a wide selection of frames at different price points and their service was superb, especially Hardeep, who was not only friendly but also very knowledgeable and clear in her explanations . I had used their services when I lived in the area, and even now that I live in Vancouver, I will gladly return.
Excellent service in response to losing my lens while traveling abroad. New RGP lens was ordered in time for my return home. Minor adjustments after preliminary fitting resulted in improved vision and superior comfort. Very happy wearing the new lens. Favorably impressed with courteous and professional staff.
