A great experience all around. I went in for a comprehensive exam and was well taken care of the whole time. Auliya was amazing and explained everything that would happen to me and Dr. Kim was so good, thorough and knowledgeable in her exam.
My son and I really appreciate Auliya for her help. She was informative, patient, and friendly. There were a lot of good selections to choose from and my son had a great experience getting his very first pair of glasses. Thank you!
Many thanks to the dedicated team of friendly and fun people who made my visit great. Was able to find a great fitting frame and my new glasses were shipped direct to my house super quick. Thanks everyone for a good experience.

The staff here are AMAZING! Sooo helpful and lovely. Everyone is so friendly and so knowledgeable. My dad sees Mrs. Greenaway and she is so kind and knows her stuff. They all go out of their way to help in any way. Can't say enough good things. HIGHLY recommend FYI nanaimo.
