We have been waiting for a call from your company’s supervisor for a week, but no one has contacted us. This service experience has been truly disappointing. Your staff’s attitude was extremely poor, and they did not put the customer’s needs first. You are about to lose a loyal customer, but it seems you do not care.
I was quite happy with our service. Great atmosphere and very accomodating. We have a neurodivergent household and I have a severe visual perceptual disorder that can't make assesments difficult. Dr. Kim was great and Collete helped my kiddos find some glasses that they loved! Thanks team!
