Dr. Lam is great, all my testing was great! Then came to the waiting to pay…..almost fifteen minutes sitting , waiting to pay. I was so mad. Another employee comes out, and instead of helping me first, she went to the front counter. Another employee was helping a client, and then she went to the front counter! I almost walked out!
Great front desk assistance and cheerful ladies. Ordered some fun glasses. Thank you!
