I would highly recommend this clinic. All the staff were very friendly. The appointment was for my 3 year old, Dr.Lesley was amazing with him. She made the eye exam fun, engaging and she was very encouraging and supportive with him. They were very punctual and Dr. Lesley was very clear with the results after the eye exam I am very glad I found FYIdoctors in Port Credit.
We moved to the area and after calling around decided to move our family to this eye clinic. Service was prompt, courteous, professional and thorough. Additional options were offered, but not pushed. The ultimate conveniences for me included online booking, payment directly through our SunLife health benefits and the ability to order my prescription lenses and glasses immediately after my appointment. My journey back to excellent vision began a year ago when Dr Rozanec told me I had cataracts. A few months after the surgery (although much better), my sight was still off so I went back to Dr Rozanec. I found out I had a prism which is causing double vision. Thank goodness it can be corrected with a new prescription and glasses. The FYIdoctors team guided me through the process and today I picked up my new glasses. Great experience and a very engaging Team! The process was smooth and informative. Dr. Leslie Naumowich and staff are wonderful. I highly recommend them.
This year I found the FYI doctor at Credit Landing Plaza very pleasant and welcoming. I was greeted by all 3 ladies including Doctor but this time it was as if new life into all of them, this made one memorable visit to the place.
