I moved from a Chilliwack office to Hope because it's closer to home. Could not be happier. Friendly and efficient staff, Dr. Schmidt is so pleasant to deal with, and they always have good deals on eyeglasses. A small office with everything you could ask for.
I was not happy with the follow up of the desk staff , my eye test went very well but the customer service for other services was lacking.
I picked up my glasses yesterday. Absolutely love them! Dr and staff were all very helpful. A very enjoyable experience!
I had a small fitment issue a year after purchasing my Oakley glasses. Elsie was a tremendous help. She fixed the issue while I waited. Superb customer service. I recommend FYi in Hope without hesitation for all your optical needs. Thanks so much for such a professional customer service experience.
