Glasses were broken they fixed it for free within 3 hours. Location is clean and modern and they have hand sanitizer which I took advantage of. Staff were competent and did their job fine. Went there again in April. They said they would send my glasses to Chilliwack BC and in 4 days they would be ready. They were ready in 4 days and they did not charge me. Everything is overpriced & extremely slow.
I had a very good visit today at FYidoctors in Hope. With new equipment I did not have to have eye drops and everyone was very kind. I visit them once a year for a check up and it is good that we do not need to drive to Chilliwack for this.
I moved from a Chilliwack office to Hope because it's closer to home. Could not be happier. Friendly and efficient staff, Dr. Schmidt is so pleasant to deal with, and they always have good deals on eyeglasses. A small office with everything you could ask for.
