Office staff are super friendly. Never have to wait long. Dr. Tessel is fantastic to deal with.
Friendly, professional and all aspects of the eye tests were well explained. Also left a few minutes to chat about family matters, etc
Having been a patient with FYIdoctors, formerly Drs. Neff and Tessel for over 30 years, I wouldn't trust my eye health to anyone else. I have moved away from Guelph but still maintain our Dr. patient relationship. Wonderful staff.
