Very informative people. Explains why and the reasons behind the information. You are not rushed. Care about your eye health and medications taking. Worth paying extra for pictures of eyes in event of damage or degradation. Have been doing that for years as diagnosed diabetic which can affect eyesight. Friendly people and good customer service.
