All staff were professional and helpful and Dr. De Souza answered my questions thoroughly.
A great clinic with an excellent team! They fixed 2 of my older pairs of glasses and were so helpful, and willing to help.
My 5 year old son and I had the absolute best experience with Dr. Andrea Desouza and her staff. She was very patient with my son and took the time to explain everything to me in detail.
Just had the greatest experience at FYI doctors on Regent St. I had my post cataract op eye exam and bought 2 pairs of reading glasses. Dr. DeSouza was very thorough and informative and the optician was excellent as well. Very detailed measurements to suit my personal needs. I also got a great deal buying two pairs of specs - I'm so happy with FYI!
