The lady’s working there were super nice. The actual eye doctor does not have experience with young children. Threaten my child to put “scary eye drops” in if he was not going to listen to him. I had already explained that he was shy and takes a bit to warm up. The eye doctor may be okay with adults though.

I have had the pleasure of great service through the doctors and some of the receptionists. Very thoughtful and respectful interaction. However, there is one lady who is so unpleasant and gruff. I excused the behavior the first time but subsequent visits yield the same personality. I have two children and they are not happy to go to their appointments because of this receptionist. On the other hand the optometrist provided such thorough examination made up for this awkward interaction.
Been waiting since May for my glasses. First pair showed up 5 weeks after ordering them looking like sunglasses with super dark tint .. now it’s been another 4 weeks waiting for the replacement lenses to arrive .. I’ve had headaches for two months now waiting for these glasses, my work has been negatively impacted becuase I can’t read what’s in front of my face ! … I’ve never waited more than two weeks in the 35 years I’ve worn glasses !
