I just had an excellent experience today with the new staff and doctor at FYI East Gwillimbury. Stephanie was absolutely wonderful on the phone, I felt like I was speaking to a friend. She was personable and we shared a few laughs. When I arrived for my appointment, the rest of the staff was the same. We had a good time and they were very helpful.
