Got called for an eye exam due to OHIP dispute (previously tried to book but no spots available for months). Poor follow up to book an appointment to get glasses. Called twice to book. Got a rude response, a promise for follow-up and then heard nothing. Waited a month. Went elsewhere for glasses.
My first experience was great. I first met Megan and she was friendly, professional and explained very well the first steps. I then met with Jason who did an excellent job of explaining what he was doing and why. He was very professional and easy to communicate with. I was then taken back out to Meagan, by Jason, for the steps to get my first pair of glasses. That was handled again in a professional and caring manner. Thank you.
