I had an issue with my frame and they were able to replace the arm without charge. Service and staff very pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommend. Again I had a temple break age I guess; they are Silouette frames. This time two matching temples were substituted. No charge. That's what I call service.
Excellent, very professional, no pressure to purchase glasses. Keep up the excellent service.
