The team at FYidoctors is wonderful, especially Dr. Ben Inglis. He provided the most thorough eye exam I’ve ever had and took the time to clearly explain the “why” behind everything. I had no idea I’d been dealing with dry eye disease for so many years. The information and treatment plan he recommended have made a significant difference in my overall eye health. I had a negative experience when I was scheduled to see Dr. Benjamin Inglis. His bedside manner was not existent. He was cold, abrupt and commanding. He did not explain anything, he just told me what to do. He abruptly asked me questions never really looking at me. I felt like an inconvenience to him. I thought he may be having a bad day. When I expressed discomfort, he told me I could leave. I thought I may have been unfair to him, and allowed the appointment to continue for a bit longer. As a client of FYidoctors, I have had excellent care. They always strive to deal with any issue in a quick and professional manner. My husband recently had an eye exam and had to have a foreign body removed. FYidoctors got us in quickly which we are very thankful for. I recommend this clinic to everyone!
I moved to Vancouver Island and didn’t have an optometrist. The office in Duncan, BC had good reviews and was taking new patients, so I took a chance and booked an appointment. Awesome experience!!! Everyone working there gave friendly top-notch service.
