Been with Dr. Jost since childhood, sad to see the customer service decline. After previously having a claim denied due to a plan changeover, I ensured everything was sorted out with my insurance beforehand and returned to have my contacts direct billed. No issue direct billing my exam. Maria let me know she had submitted and the claim was in progress and being submitted. GREAT! Fuzzy vision in right eye already gone!
Don’t get me wrong the whole eye test and time with Doctor went very well and very thorough. Finding out when I first walked in they had none of my information I have been going there for many years somewhere around 20 years I think, all I heard the whole time there was this test isn’t covered and it’s $60 no it’s not covered when they finally found my information they charged me the $60 if they let me know ahead of time I could have brought more information other then health card I called my insurance company and they send ... read more
Dr. Merali was amazing! He explained every step of the eye exam and educated me on my eye health. He also took the time to explain how my eye works and how things can change as I age. He then introduced me to Sheila. She helped me try on almost every pair of glasses in the store and was very happy to do so. I will forever recommend FYi doctors Courtice. Thank You!
