I stopped in at FYidoctors while visiting Canmore, to see if they could replace a lost nose pad on my prescription sunglasses, even though i hadn't bought them there. The staff working were so friendly and were happy to help. (I regretted not getting their names) I left the glasses with them, and got a call about 30 minutes later that they were fixed and ready for pick-up...they had replaced the old nose pad as well, and my glasses were cleaned and were as good as new! Seriously I have not had good service like this in such a long time it was absolutely refreshing- went for a repair of my glasses, no waiting , great courtesy and my glasses are repaired better than when I go where I bought them in Montreal - so you want good service and care this is the place
Christine checked me in and got all my pre-checks done like a pro! Had a great appointment with Dr. Laura and then Curtis really helped me find some glasses after my appointment. Everything was smooth and on time. Thank you so much. I'm excited for my new look! Glad I made the switch over.
