Very helpful, great experience
I showed up for my appointment only to realize I had actually booked it for the following week. I was so embarrassed and told them I would rebook and come back. As I sat in my car ready to leave, an employee ran out and said they could squeeze me in. I was so grateful as I live out of town and would be away the next week. Everyone was so friendly and forgiving. My appointment was finished very quickly. Thank you for a great experience and for your kindness.
