Horrible customer service. I wait 6 weeks for my appointment and show up only to be told that the Dr. Paroo didn't make it in that day. Somehow they failed to call me and let me know. What a complete waste of my time. Asked if I want to try and reschedule for another 6-8 weeks out. Uh, no thanks I'll take my business and money to another company that operates with a better degree of professionalism.

Firstly, want to reiterate that I am leaving a 4 star review, not for what I am about to speak on, but to highlight the amazing compassionate care I have received each and every time I have entered this clinic. Truly some of the most caring and attentive doctors and staff… but must I emphasize SOME. AMAZING Experience dealing with EVERYBODY at the down town location of FYI doctor's! Special shout outs to Jody, Rowan and Dr. Elliot!!
Our daughters glasses broke on vacation and this FYI helped us as walk-in’s, no questioned asked. We’re incredibly thankful to the staff for helping us in a very trying time. Thank you SO much. Now our daughter can enjoy her vacation while being able to see. ♥️
