I came into the store to have my Prada sunglasses fixed the lady that took care of me was so kind and accommodating she even gave me a new case for no costs her customer service was superior and just what a wonderful experience and great staff member that took care of me very grateful

Glasses frames broke , went in i got a new frames for my glasses no charge, Rowen Flood is awesome.
