I am not a person who leaves bad reviews, but I am so unhappy with the service I received at FYidoctors Victoria Square Mall. I now have two pairs of glasses from them that do not serve the purpose they were prescribed for. I went in for an eye exam and new glasses. During the appointment I explained that a previous pair I purchased there two years ago was unusable because I could not see through them. I came today with a prescription from a completely different optometrist, with insurance I didn’t understand. I wish I got her name but I got the most amazing help from an optician, thank you guys!

Came in on black Friday for the deals and was very happy with this clinic. I'm from out of province and they were able to get the information from my home clinic and will send my glasses there for pick-up. Muqadas, Ericka, and Hanah were superbly helpful and kind. I will come back when I'm in Calgary.
