Booked an appointment online weeks in advance, show up 10 minutes early, I’m the only person there. Receptionist says “sorry I don’t see your appointment” woman at the glasses counter informs me that the online booking hasn’t been working for a while and yet no one has fixed it?? Terrible service, very disappointing.
God forbid they have one day where they work an evening or a weekend day. I work the same hours so can never get in and when I do get a day off and try to make an appointment they are always booked. This review is for all the eye doctors but since this one is my eye doctor they get the review. They don't actually care about patient eye health or they would be a least a little more accommodating. I love this place I got here for my eye appointments and the workers are very nice and positive
I’m incredibly grateful for the staff who supported my daughter while she was away at university. They responded quickly, were both efficient and effective, and truly went above and beyond. As a parent living far away, it was a huge relief knowing she was in such capable and caring hands. Thank you for being so kind too.
