My family all had a great experience with the staff and optometrist's at this location
Always a pleasure to visit Dr Don Williamson and staff for my routine eye exams! They are always extremely pleasant, professional, personable, and thorough. Can’t say enough good things about the people. The state of the art equipment is second to none: Exams are comprehensive and quick. The eye wear selection is extensive and has something for everyone. Thank you Dr Williamson and team for another great eye exam and eye glasses purchasing experience!
Normally I go to the location on Vic but due to the malls more flexible hours, I decided to purchase my glasses here instead. What a MISTAKE! Horrible customer service, just 3 mean girls sitting at the desk doing nothing but chatting with each other. When I had asked for help locating a specific frame she looked in one drawer told me "they don't have them" but to ''look on the left wall'' and walked away YIKES, no further attempt to help was taken. My Dog scratched my eye on Friday night while playing. Called first thing Saturday morning in hopes to see an eye dr. I'm so grateful for Dr. Beaumont, even with a full schedule his team found me an emergency appointment. He looked and explained what I can expect with healing time. Prescribed eye drop to get ahead of any potential infection.Reassused me that I would feel better in 2-5 days and he was right.
