My brother who is in Grand View Manor had to have an ear piece replaced on his glasses. Not as easy as it sounds as he gets agitated when they are removed. FYidoctors Berwick quickly did the job for my sister and I and in no time he had his glasses back good as new. They were extremely courteous and the service was free. Exceptionally nice receptionist!
Thank you so much for helping us on Friday. Our brother who is resident at Grandview Manor, had lost the small piece that covers the frame behind his ear and metal frame was cutting into his head .FYI employees had the right one and put it on for free. It meant a lot as our brother did not want to give up the glasses and was so happy to have them back. Much appreciated.
