We popped in today after I accidentally stepped on my glasses and bent one of the arms 5 days into a month long trip with no spare! The lady on the front desk could not have been more helpful, she tried to fix them but the arm mechanism was totally bent out of shape and couldn't be saved. She then spent another 20 mins along with the other assistant going through all the frames to see if they had one that fit my lenses. I visited this optometry shop because I was having an issue with a contact lens solution I had purchased at a supermarket. The staff were extremely kind, patient, and caring. They took the time to listen to my concerns and were very helpful throughout the entire visit. I truly appreciated their professionalism and compassion, and I would highly recommend them.
Fantastic people. My sunglasses screw fell out while on vacation! They fixed my glasses instantly, with a smile and no charge. Fantastic customer service in a tourist area!
