The Dr was great but after waiting 3 weeks for my glasses and clip ons I got a message saying my glasses would be in on Thurs May 28. I traveled the 75 kilometers to Assiniboia and when I got there was told my clip ons were there but no glasses. I was understandably upset and will now get them to mail them to me. Very poor customer service
Very professional and patient.
I have been trying to call the office all day with no answer or call back. I take care of my niece and her glasses from here have snapped in half. I am wanting her prescription ASAP. I left a voicemail early afternoon and have tried calling multiple times since. I understand that things are busy, but I stated in my voicemail that this was an a bit of an emergency. Since they are only in the office two days a week, this is extremely frustrating.
