Hands down one of the best customer service experience I've ever recieved! Started with Heba finding me a time slot on a very busy day when I accidently showed up to the wrong office for my appointment. Then I was meet by Eileen who was very friendly and made me feel like I was catching up with a friend. Shortly after I got to see Dr. Tracy and she was very knowledgeable and easy to follow. I've been going to Dr. McMurter for 30+ years, and my eye tests are always a pleasant experience. And FYI Ancaster has a fantastic selection of eyewear to chose from, with staff that makes sure you select the most appropriate frames for your face. Me and my family wouldn't think about going anywhere else for our eye care needs.
Dr. Tracy McMurter was wonderful, as usual. She understands my anxiety regarding eye examinations and is extremely sensitive to, professional, and thorough. There is no one else I would trust to look after my eyesight. The Optical Associate, Rebecca was excellent at helping me select a new pair of glasses - the service, attention to detail, and friendly demeanour at FYidoctors is superb - I highly recommend them.
