I've been Dr. Tyber's patient for 24 years and would not trust my eye health with anyone else. He explains every step of the eye exam as he goes and stays on top of the latest techniques and technologies. His front line team are very professional, courteous and patient when selecting new frames or adjusting existing ones.
It’s always a great experience coming to FYiDoctors in Ajax. Dr. Tyber is extremely thorough and has been wonderful with my son, who has one strong eye and one that was much weaker. When we first came in, even with glasses, his right eye was very weak. After a few years of wearing his glasses and following Dr. Tyber’s instructions, his right eye is now seeing 20/20 with glasses. Beyond the improvement in my son’s vision, the staff are amazing! They are always welcoming, warm, and caring. I highly recommend FYiDoctors.
My family and I were patients of Dr. Tyber for a number of years and will never go back. Dr. Tyber is arrogant, condescending, rude and impatient. He missed diagnosing a condition in my left eye, gave inaccurate prescriptions for glasses for both my husband and myself and when I asked for a recheck to correct things - was told I would have to pay again. i have been coming here for over 15 years and i absolutely love the staff here. dr tyber is phenomenal everytime! the staff are all so kind and welcoming, ill always recommend people to come here!
