I've been there twice, both times I've walked out with a prescription for glasses. I've been wearing contact lenses for over 10 years, told that to Dr Li both times. In the past I just presented my prescription, ordered the lenses I wanted and submitted my receipt to my insurance for reimbursment. Went to order new contacts this year and the prescription isn't accepted because it's for glasses ONLY. Called in to see if I can get that fixed. Dr. Kevin Tyber is professional and treated me very well during my first visit yesterday. I highly recommend getting your eyes checked with Dr. Kevin, who has been in this profession for almost 35 years.
The team here is awesome. Period. DR Kevin, the best. I drive in from downtown TO because I won't go anywhere else. However, not wanting my elderly mother to be in the car for so long, I took her to another FYI location closer to our house. Never again. All offices are not equal. During my recent visit, I had a wonderful experience with Ace optical team. They have exceptional quality of work. My prescription glasses are set up so good and they are perfectly comfortable. I strongly recommend anyone who is looking for a quality product must go to this place.
