We were asked if we wanted a frequent shopper discount card to save 10% today so we said sure, guy scanned it and threw it in the bag with no further explanation only to find out later while looking at it that it is $12 a month! Plenty of stores have FREE frequent shopper cards and if it isn't free that should be specified, not conveniently left unsaid. NOT ONCE did the employee tell us the card would be monthly charge. Very shady.

I too was asked to join this stupid fur backstage pass. The cashier led me to believe it was like a grocery store scan card BUT it isn't. They get your debit card number n charge you monthly. WHEN YOU CALL TO CANCEL- IT IS VERY HARD!!!! DO NOT AGREE TO ANYTHING THE CASHIER SAYS!!!!!
The cashiers are scam artists!!! Be on guard!!! They will scam you into magazine subscriptions, memberships and other shit with automatic concurrent payments after they find out you're using a debit or credit card Keep your guard up.
Terrible. Was asked to join the "Backstage VIP Club" or whatever. I was told there was zero cost. I was also never told the company was storing my credit card number. I would never shop enough at FYE to cover the monthly charge with the savings on items with this card. The representative told me that the coin just tracked purchases like a grocery card store to learn customers buying habits. I asked twice if there was a charge and both times told no. Beware of the Backstage VIP offer. It is NOT free.
