I am a frequent shopper and have never had a negative experience at this location. Everyone is always so nice and helpful, they don't constantly get in your facing asking if you need help, but let you know they're there if you need anything after the initial offer. They make sure things are always neat and in their place and are very knowledgeable about their products.

Shop here all the time but after my experience might not be back. I was looking for a movie and this is the first time no one every asked if I need anything. So I decided to look around. I found a couple movies and headed up to the register. The lady looked at me twice while I was standing there to check out. Never once came over or said anything. Instead she was more worried about stalking these four men that came in and pricing things. Left without my movies.
