Ryan at FX is the absolute best. He's helped with my shoulder, knee, back and hips. He knows all the muscles especially the small ones we don't even know exist. His strength training knowledge is amazing. If I tell him where something hurts he knows exactly how to relieve pain. Can do cupping and needling too. I've been to PT's that have prescribed basic exercises with no effect and left me in pain. My experience with Ryan was fantastic! He listened to my concerns and helped me plan a program suited to my goals. I was concerned about injuring myself but Ryan helped me understand how to exercise safely with the goal of becoming stronger. The app with visuals on muscle functions was very helpful. Ryan was very knowledgeable and made the entire process informative and fun. Five stars!
I injured my calf last fall, and came to FX Physical Therapy on the recommendation of my personal trainer. I soon became a regular patient of Dr. Ryan Bibeau who initially focused on getting the calf muscle rehabbed, and I was soon off crutches and working out. Ryan Bibeau is a great physical therapist. Very knowledgeable and caring. Healed my shoulder with a variety of treatment that worked! I highly recommend him without hesitation.
