Amelia is amazing!! I’ve been to PT many times over the past few years for various back and hip pain/injuries and she is the first PT who told me I was hypermobile and that stability was the issue, not that I was clumsy or had weak muscles. She worked with me to build more joint stability and functional strength so sudden movements didn’t cause long lasting pain.
