I highly recommend FX. I've been going twice a week for 2 weeks and have seen huge improvements in my knee since that time. Lindsey is amazing, she takes time to listen to me and customize each session based on how I feel and my current condition. She is also very easy to talk to and I never feel rushed. I was very happy to have found Beverly at FX! I had a cheilectomy in April for hallux rigidus and I'm back on my feet now, playing softball and golf, hiking, etc. She was super easy to work with and always gave me stuff to work on throughout the week, and I'm very happy with how recovery went!
Great service from the front desk and from my assigned Physical Therapist, Anna. She researched my injury and the surgery I had to give me the best treatment. The exercises she gave me helped my toe, foot, and ankle build the strength they needed to heal and return to walking, running, and jumping. She is also a triathlon trainer, so she will help you achieve your goals step by step.
Beverly is so amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and is a great listener. My ankle feels so much better since starting :D everyone here is so nice too! Always greeted with a smile
